Noble Ploenchit is a high-rise condominium with minimalist design. It was designed by IAW, who was inspired by Le Corbusier’s idea of a vertical garden city at Ploenchit Road. “Keep it simple and minimal, but fully functional” is the belief of the design. Minimum intricacies were used with perfectly matched wall art. The luxurious 1,326 apartments range from studio units to penthouses with private pools. A private lift is also incorporated as a feature fixed to every 2 units. All buildings, including the office tower, are located on a combined 4-storey basement with 1,008 lots for parking.
